Who is responsible?

Why and on what basis?

Who may receive it?

Limited data may be shared, only where necessary, with hosting, email and IT providers; professional advisers; courts, authorities or regulators; and other recipients required for a lawful purpose. Any domestic or international transfer is subject to applicable confidentiality duties and data-transfer requirements.

How long is it kept?

Information is retained only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose and any applicable legal, professional, security, conflicts or claims period. It is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised as appropriate.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you may ask whether your data is processed; request information about processing and recipients; seek correction, deletion or destruction where applicable; request notification of these steps to recipients; object to certain exclusively automated results; and seek compensation where unlawful processing causes damage. Our current approach

Ersan IP does not currently use advertising, behavioural targeting or audience-analytics cookies on this website. The hosting and access layer may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies to deliver the site, preserve security, prevent abuse and, where applicable, authenticate permitted access.

Interactive map

The contact section includes an embedded Google Maps view. When that content loads, the browser connects to Google and Google may process technical information or use its own technologies under its privacy policy. The map is provided as optional third-party functionality; the office address and a direct map link remain available separately.

Consent and future changes

Strictly necessary technologies operate because the requested service cannot be delivered securely without them. If optional analytics, functional or marketing technologies are introduced, this notice will be updated and an appropriate preference mechanism will be provided before those technologies are activated where consent is required.
